Leigh is an bilingual Spanish/English moderator who strives to understand the motivations that drive behavior in the marketplace. B2C and B2B experience includes moderating focus groups, C-suite level in-depth interviews, home visits, and ideation workshops. In addition to qualifications in all aspects of qualitative research, from discussion guide and questionnaire design to moderating, analysis and reporting, he has expertise in brand positioning, customer loyalty and engagement strategies.
Leigh has successfully completed projects across a wide range of industry sectors including automotive, durable and fast moving consumer goods, education, electronics, financial services, food and beverage, healthcare/pharmaceutical, human resources, wireless communications and IT. Insights have included ideation, design, functionality, needs assessments, pre and post ad testing, concept testing, and brand positioning. Clients have included companies such as AT&T, DirecTV, Hyundai, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, LG, Motorola, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, Toyota and the U.S. Army.
Leigh received a B.S. degree in Biology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Leigh also received a Great Mind Award in 2010 from the Advertising Research Foundation.
